These terms are an agreement between you and TakeQ. They govern your use of the TakeQ apps, web queue pages, and business tools (together, the "Service"). Please read them.
The short version. TakeQ helps you join a venue's queue and get notified about your turn. Positions and wait times are estimates. Each venue runs its own line and decides who it serves. Use the Service fairly, and either of us can end this agreement.
1 Accepting these terms
By creating an account, joining a queue, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. If you use TakeQ on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to bind that business.
2 What TakeQ is
TakeQ is a platform that connects guests with venues that run queues. We provide the tools to join a line remotely, track your position, and receive notifications. We are not the venue. Venues are responsible for their own service, seating, pricing, opening hours, and how they manage their queues. TakeQ doesn't guarantee a table, an appointment, or a specific wait.
3 Your account
- You must provide accurate details and keep your phone number current.
- You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your access secure and tell us of any unauthorized use.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13.
4 Acceptable use
When using TakeQ, you agree not to:
- Join queues you don't intend to attend, or hold multiple places to game the line.
- Impersonate others or submit false information, ratings, or complaints.
- Interfere with, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Use the Service unlawfully, or to harass venues, staff, or other guests.
5 Queues, waits & no-shows
Your position and estimated wait are estimates based on the venue's live activity, and can change. The venue calls, seats, skips, or removes guests at its discretion — for example if you don't arrive when called. If you no longer need your place, please leave the queue so others can move up. Repeated no-shows may limit your ability to join some queues.
6 Business accounts & subscriptions
Venues use TakeQ under a business account, which may be free or paid depending on the plan. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, and renew until cancelled. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for the period already started. Business users are responsible for the data they process about their guests and for using the Service in line with applicable law.
7 Intellectual property
The Service, including the TakeQ name, logo, software, and design, belongs to TakeQ and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service as intended. You keep the rights to content you submit (such as reviews), and you grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the Service.
8 Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that notifications will always arrive on time, and we're not responsible for the acts or omissions of any venue.
9 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TakeQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost time, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Where liability can't be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or a nominal amount permitted by law.
10 Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to TakeQ. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
11 Changes to the Service & terms
We may update the Service and these terms. When changes are material we'll update the "Last updated" date and give notice in the app or by other reasonable means. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
12 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Oman have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

هذه الشروط اتفاقية بينك وبين TakeQ، وتحكم استخدامك لتطبيقات TakeQ وصفحات الطابور على الويب وأدوات الأعمال (يُشار إليها مجتمعةً بـ«الخدمة»). يُرجى قراءتها.
باختصار. يساعدك TakeQ على الانضمام إلى طابور مكانٍ ما وتنبيهك بدورك. والترتيب وأوقات الانتظار تقديرية. ويدير كل مكان طابوره الخاص ويقرّر من يخدمه. استخدم الخدمة بإنصاف، ويمكن لأيٍّ منّا إنهاء هذه الاتفاقية.
١ قبول هذه الشروط
بإنشائك حساباً أو انضمامك إلى طابور أو استخدامك الخدمة بأي شكل، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. وإن لم توافق، فيُرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة. وإذا كنت تستخدم TakeQ نيابةً عن منشأة، فإنك تؤكّد أنك مخوّل بإلزامها.
٢ ما هو TakeQ
TakeQ منصّة تربط الزوّار بالأماكن التي تدير طوابير. نحن نوفّر أدوات الانضمام إلى الطابور عن بُعد وتتبّع ترتيبك وتلقّي التنبيهات. ونحن لسنا المكان نفسه. فالأماكن مسؤولة عن خدمتها وإجلاسها وأسعارها وساعات عملها وطريقة إدارتها لطوابيرها. ولا يضمن TakeQ طاولة أو موعداً أو وقت انتظار محدّداً.
٣ حسابك
- يجب أن تقدّم بيانات دقيقة وأن تُبقي رقم هاتفك محدّثاً.
- أنت مسؤول عن النشاط على حسابك. حافظ على أمان وصولك وأبلغنا بأي استخدام غير مصرّح به.
- يجب أن تكون في سنّ تسمح لك بإبرام عقد ملزم حيث تقيم، وألا يقلّ عمرك عن 13 عاماً.
٤ الاستخدام المقبول
عند استخدام TakeQ، توافق على ألّا:
- تنضمّ إلى طوابير لا تنوي حضورها، أو تحجز أماكن متعدّدة للتلاعب بالطابور.
- تنتحل شخصية غيرك أو تقدّم معلومات أو تقييمات أو شكاوى كاذبة.
- تعطّل الخدمة أو تُثقلها أو تكشط بياناتها أو تعيد هندستها عكسياً.
- تستخدم الخدمة بشكل غير قانوني، أو للتحرّش بالأماكن أو الموظفين أو الزوّار الآخرين.
٥ الطوابير والانتظار والغياب
ترتيبك ووقت انتظارك المتوقّع تقديرات مبنية على النشاط المباشر للمكان، وقد تتغيّر. ويقوم المكان بالنداء والإجلاس والتخطّي والإزالة وفق تقديره — مثلاً إذا لم تحضر عند النداء عليك. وإذا لم تعد بحاجة إلى مكانك، فيُرجى مغادرة الطابور ليتقدّم غيرك. وقد يؤدّي الغياب المتكرّر إلى تقييد قدرتك على الانضمام إلى بعض الطوابير.
٦ حسابات الأعمال والاشتراكات
تستخدم الأماكن TakeQ عبر حساب أعمال قد يكون مجانياً أو مدفوعاً حسب الباقة. وتُفوتَر الباقات المدفوعة مقدماً وبشكل متكرّر عبر جهة معالجة الدفع لدينا، وتتجدّد حتى الإلغاء. والرسوم لا تشمل الضرائب ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. وباستثناء ما يوجبه القانون، فإن المدفوعات غير قابلة للاسترداد عن الفترة التي بدأت بالفعل. وحسابات الأعمال مسؤولة عن البيانات التي تعالجها عن زوّارها وعن استخدام الخدمة وفق القانون المعمول به.
٧ الملكية الفكرية
الخدمة، بما فيها اسم TakeQ وشعاره وبرمجياته وتصميمه، مملوكة لـ TakeQ ومرخّصيه ومحمية قانوناً. ونمنحك ترخيصاً محدوداً وشخصياً وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام الخدمة على النحو المقصود. وتحتفظ بحقوق المحتوى الذي تقدّمه (مثل المراجعات)، وتمنحنا ترخيصاً لاستضافته وعرضه لتشغيل الخدمة.
٨ إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب توافرها» دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة أو ضمنية، إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون. ولا نضمن أن تكون الخدمة دون انقطاع أو خالية من الأخطاء، أو أن تصل التنبيهات دائماً في وقتها، ولسنا مسؤولين عن أفعال أي مكان أو تقصيره.
٩ حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لن يكون TakeQ مسؤولاً عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية، أو عن ضياع الوقت أو الأرباح أو البيانات، الناشئة عن استخدامك الخدمة. وحيثما تعذّر استبعاد المسؤولية، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على الأكبر من المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال 12 شهراً قبل المطالبة، أو مبلغ رمزي يسمح به القانون.
١٠ الإنهاء
يمكنك التوقّف عن استخدام الخدمة وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. ويجوز لنا تعليق وصولك أو إنهاؤه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط أو استخدمت الخدمة بطريقة تهدّد بإلحاق الضرر بالآخرين أو بـ TakeQ. وتظلّ سارية الأحكام التي يقتضي طبيعتها البقاء بعد الإنهاء.
١١ التغييرات على الخدمة والشروط
قد نحدّث الخدمة وهذه الشروط. وعند التغييرات الجوهرية سنحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» ونُشعرك داخل التطبيق أو بوسيلة معقولة أخرى. واستمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد سريان التغييرات يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة.
١٢ القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين سلطنة عُمان، دون اعتبار لقواعد تنازع القوانين، وتختصّ محاكم عُمان بالنظر فيها، ما لم ينصّ قانون إلزامي في بلد إقامتك على خلاف ذلك.
